Overview
All products sold through Gravel Compass are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final by default.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement
We will gladly help you in the following situations:
- File not delivered. If you did not receive your download link after payment, contact us and we will resend it immediately.
- Corrupted or unreadable file. If the file you received is damaged or cannot be opened, we will send you a replacement at no charge.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the extra charge in full.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after a download link has been accessed
- Purchases where the product description was read and understood before checkout
- Incompatibility with third-party devices or software (check compatibility notes on the product page before purchasing)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Your name
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
