Digital Delivery Only
All products sold by Gravel Compass are digital downloads — route guides, GPX files, and related files. There are no physical items, so nothing is posted or couriered, and there are no shipping fees.
How and When You Receive Your Product
As soon as your payment is confirmed by Paystack, you receive an email with your download link. Delivery is electronic and is usually immediate. During busy periods or due to email delays, please allow up to a few hours for the email to arrive.
Check Your Email
Your download link is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder first.
If Your Download Does Not Arrive
If you have not received your download link, or the file will not open, email us at hello@gravelcompass.com with the name and email address you used at checkout and the product name. We will resend your link or send a replacement file. See our Refund Policy for more.
